Who We Are
Together With Us is a youth-powered 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2021. Our mission is to bridge the gap between human empathy and innovative problem-solving to serve those in need. What began as a local community initiative has evolved into a multi-sector organization that manages local outreach for underserved families, supports patient wellness in regional hospitals, and leads international fund drives. By combining hands-on compassion with strategic partnerships, we create measurable, lasting impact.
Founders & Youth Leadership
Ansh Gupta — Founder & Director
Ansh founded Together With Us in 2021 at age 11, inspired by his early encounters with homelessness, drug addiction, and poverty on the streets of Seattle. Witnessing these challenges firsthand sparked his curiosity about why such disparities exist and his determination to do something about them.
What began as a small fundraiser with five elementary school friends grew into a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit engaging 50+ young volunteers in community service across the U.S. and India. Under his leadership, Together With Us has raised over $20,000, mobilized more than 1,000 volunteer hours, and served 500+ families through its own initiatives and collaborations with community partners.
As Founder and Director, Ansh leads the organization's strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and youth programs. Beyond Together With Us, he explores the intersection of technology and social impact through interdisciplinary research in AI, healthcare, and public health. He is also an award-winning photographer and president of his school's photography club.
Anaisha Gupta — Creative Outreach Lead
Anaisha joined Together With Us in 2022, bringing her love of art and creativity to community service. She leads creative outreach initiatives through Helping Hands, creating handmade cards and artwork for hospital patients, seniors, and underserved communities.
She also creates and sells her own artwork to raise funds for community programs and contributes to volunteer drives and fundraising events. Anaisha believes that small, thoughtful gestures can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
Outside Together With Us, she enjoys painting, tennis, and basketball.

- Anju Aggarwal, PhD — Board Chair & Public Health Advisor
Anju brings over 20 years of experience in public health research. She provides governance, strategic guidance, and mentorship, helping youth leaders develop evidence-informed programs that address community needs and deliver measurable impact. - Nishant Gupta — Board Director & Technology Advisor
Nishant brings over 25 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, including his role as a technology executive at Salesforce. He provides governance and technical mentorship, supporting youth-led innovation and responsible applications of technology to real-world challenges.
Strategic Community Partners
- Akin (formerly Children's Home Society of Washington) — Supporting Local Families
Since 2021, Together With Us has collaborated with Children's Home Society of Washington, now part of Akin, to support underserved families across Washington State. Through recurring fundraising drives and community events, our youth volunteers organize, mobilize resources, and deliver essential supplies to families in need. - Overlake Hospital Foundation — Supporting Patients Through Creative Outreach
Together With Us collaborates with Overlake Hospital Foundation on holiday card drives and creative outreach initiatives, bringing messages of encouragement and connection to hospital patients. - Sukarya — Expanding Access to Education
Through our collaboration with Sukarya, an international nonprofit serving underserved communities in India, Together With Us supports educational initiatives, including Education on Wheels, which brings learning opportunities to children in marginalized communities. The Gates Foundation serves as a knowledge partner for this initiative. - Expression Arts — Connecting Creativity and Community Service
Together With Us collaborates with Expression Arts to engage young people in creative service initiatives, community showcases, and youth events that connect artistic expression with social impact.
